AMROC HEATING SERVICES LIMITED was set up in 2006.
Since then, it has provided mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance services to the commercial sector in South Wales. Gradually, it began to provide these services to companies throughout the UK.
At outset, the aim was to provide a fast and reliable service to its clients.
AMROC wanted to be known for hitting deadlines on time, for delivering value,continually raising standards and being fast and responsive.
Amroc help in the design of heating and cooling systems by working alongside trusted consultants.
These aims still hold true today.
Gradual Evolution…
17 years later, the company has expanded considerably.
Whilst still retaining its maintenance services, AMROC also has a projects division which provides for the whole spectrum of M&E services for new build projects or refurbishments of existing buildings.
AMROC are experienced in contract management and are often asked to act as trusted advisers on installing M&E services.
Everyone at AMROC has worked tirelessly to build systems and processes to deliver projects on time.
Case Studies
Our case studies now include all the traditional M&E services but also includes more advanced technology such as underfloor heating systems and thermally active heating systems ( TABS) and also the installation and commissioning of BMS systems.
Who do we work with?
On projects – it can be the principal contractor or subcontractor or in some cases the client directly. We sometimes advise on various heating and cooling systems at the design stage.
On maintenance – We are fully SSIP certified with SSIP accreditations held with Constructionline Platinum, as well as Safe Contractor.
All our operatives are CSCS or ECS registered, with SSSTS supervisors and IPAF/PASMA certifications. We ensure safe systems of work are in place and use a fully accredited H&S Consultant to oversee and advise on all projects.

AMROC have rigorous audit processes, up-to-date training and employee checks ensuring all staff are competent and knowledgeable.
AMROC instruct outside specialist agencies to carry our HR and H&S requirements guaranteeing AMROC are abreast of any changes in rules and regulations.
